King Ochacho Gifts N400 Million Mansion to TikTok Star

Real estate entrepreneur King Mohamed Adah, popularly known as King Ochacho, gifted a N400 million mansion to TikTok star Habeeb Hamzat, also known as Peller, and his wife, Elizabeth Amadou, during their wedding reception in Lagos. Ochacho stated that the mansion is a minor gift in the context of his business, equating N400 million to N400 in value.

He praised Peller's generous nature and indicated that this mansion would be the least valuable gift he plans to give, promising even larger surprises in the future. Additionally, Ochacho announced a scholarship initiative to celebrate his son Ice King's upcoming 13th birthday, offering financial support to students with outstanding school fees, with payments made directly to their schools.

The mansion gift and the scholarship initiative were well-received, generating excitement among guests and on social media. Ochacho had previously pledged to gift Peller a house during Soso Soberekon's wedding.
