PENGASSAN and Dangote Refinery in Talks with FG to Resolve Dispute

PENGASSAN and Dangote Refinery are in talks with the Federal Government in Abuja to resolve an industrial dispute. The crisis arose from alleged labor rights violations at the refinery, leading to the dismissal of 800 workers.

PENGASSAN accused Dangote Refinery of breaching labor laws and international conventions. The meeting, attended by PENGASSAN leaders, Dangote Refinery representatives, and government officials, aims to find a reconciliation solution.
