Peter Okoye Reveals Truth Behind P-Square Breakup

Peter Okoye, popularly known as Mr P, has disclosed the events leading to the breakup of the music duo P-Square, which he formed with his twin brother, Paul Okoye, also known as Rudeboy. In a video posted on his Instagram on Thursday, Peter addressed the longstanding controversy surrounding their fallout and urged anyone, including Paul, to present evidence that contradicts his narrative.

He stated, “I’ve watched lies travel farther than the truth. Today, I’m finally giving the truth a voice.” Peter explained that he felt compelled to speak out due to ongoing speculation about their relationship.

He mentioned that the feud became public after years of disagreements over their music career, management, finances, and creative control, with their elder brother, Jude Okoye, reportedly involved in some disputes. The brothers officially parted ways in 2017 after over a decade of collaboration, subsequently pursuing solo careers.
