Poco Lee Faces Serious Charges in UK Legal Saga

Ray, a woman linked to the legal situation involving Nigerian dancer Poco Lee, whose real name is Iweh Odinaka, has publicly denied any connection to the case. She stated that her image has been misused to create a false narrative online.

Reports indicated that Ray and Poco Lee met after a show, where it was alleged that they reached a financial agreement of approximately €50,000. However, the next day, Poco Lee reportedly had no recollection of this arrangement, leading to a dispute at the hotel where he was staying.

Security was called after he declined to pay, and Ray contacted the police, who treated the matter as a rape allegation rather than a financial dispute. Snaresbrook Crown Court confirmed that Poco Lee faces charges of attempted rape, two counts of rape, and two counts of assault.

The court's Admin Team Leader, James Baker, noted that a reporting restriction is in place to protect the identity of the complainant. The case is scheduled for plea and trial preparation on September 15, 2026.
