Police Clarify Arrest of Regina Daniels' Brother Sammy West in Criminal Case

The FCT Police Command clarified the arrest and remand of Sammy West, brother of Nollywood actress Regina Daniels, in Lagos. The arrest was made after West repeatedly failed to honor police invitations regarding criminal charges including conspiracy, assault, theft, and cyberbullying.

The police stated that the arrest followed due process, with a warrant issued by a competent court. The case is linked to allegations involving Regina Daniels' estranged husband, Senator Ned Nwoko.

As of now, the matter is pending further investigation and court proceedings.
