Regina Daniels' Brother Sammi West Remanded in Prison Without Legal Representation

Sammi West, the brother of Nollywood actress Regina Daniels, has been remanded in Keffi Prison without access to legal representation. Regina's brother, Sweezi, took to Instagram to express concerns over Sammi's detention, claiming he was not allowed to contact a lawyer when taken into custody.

Sammi was arrested in Lagos on Monday following a police report allegedly filed by Senator Ned Nwoko and was flown from Lagos to Abuja. The sudden disappearance of the magistrate handling the case has made it impossible to process Sammi's bail.
