Nigeria Police Confirm Abduction in Kaduna, Deploy Tactical Units for Rescue

The Nigeria Police Force confirmed an abduction in Kurmin Wali, a remote community in Kajuru Local Government Area of Kaduna State. The incident initially caused confusion, prompting the state governor to convene a security council meeting.

Police clarified the situation, stating that there was a need for caution until further verification. Tactical units were deployed to collaborate with other security agencies to rescue the victims and restore calm in the area.

Inspector General of Police, Kayode Egbetokun, directed the full deployment of critical operational intelligence assets in the affected region.
