Police Confirm Massive Abductions in Kaduna Amid Controversy

The Nigerian Police Force has confirmed a large-scale abduction in Kurmin Wali, Kajuru Local Government Area of Kaduna State, after initially denying the incident. The confirmation came amidst controversy and conflicting reports from government officials and community leaders.

While the police acknowledged the abductions, community and religious leaders, including Rev. John Joseph Hayab and Ada Sabastin Bard, strongly disputed the official figures. The Inspector General of Police has ordered a full deployment of intelligence assets and rescue operations in the affected area to address the situation.
