Kaduna Police Launch Manhunt After Discovery of Ammunition on Highway

The Kaduna State Police Command launched a manhunt for suspects after finding 210 rounds of 7.56mm ammunition on the Zaria-Funtua highway. Panic ensued when a trailer unknowingly dropped live bullets along the highway close to Ahmadu Bello University.

Eyewitnesses reported the ammunition slipping off a vehicle, with concerns raised about the capacity of the vehicle's load. Residents were cautioned to avoid tampering with the ammunition, drawing connections to potential threats of terrorism and banditry in the area.
