Police Recover Stolen Kano Deputy Governor's Hilux; Driver Arrested

A government driver, identified as a permanent pension driver attached to the Deputy Governor's office, was arrested in connection with the theft. The police conducted a swift operation leading to the recovery of the vehicle.
