Nasarawa Police Rescue 17 Human Trafficking Victims, Uncover Trafficking Network

The Nasarawa State Police Command rescued 17 suspected human trafficking victims, including 11 boys and 6 girls aged 10-19. The victims were intercepted in a vehicle driven by Nanl John, allegedly lured with promises of secure farm jobs in different states.

Efforts to contact the victims' families have been unsuccessful. The Police Commissioner has ordered the victims to be taken into protective custody for further investigation to dismantle the trafficking network.
