Kaduna Police Summon El-Rufai and ADC Leaders for Questioning Over Alleged Criminal Activities

The Kaduna State Police Command has summoned former governor Nasir El-Rufai and seven other African Democratic Congress (ADC) leaders for questioning over alleged criminal activities. The police letter, dated September 4, 2025, accused them of criminal conspiracy, incitement of public disturbance, and causing grievous hurt.

The ADC State Chairman and others are directed to appear at the State Criminal Investigation Department on September 8. The police also sealed the ADC office in Kaduna.

This development comes amidst heightened tensions in the state, with the police investigating the allegations against the ADC leaders.
