President Federation Cup Finals Set for 35 States This Weekend

The Nigeria Football Federation (NFF) has confirmed that the President Federation Cup state finals will take place across 35 states and the Federal Capital Territory (FCT) on Saturday, April 25, and Sunday, April 26. The winners of these matches will progress to the national playoff stage.

The NFF reported that the schedule was postponed by two weeks to accommodate the 2026 President Federation Cup. Matchdays 36 are set for May 3, and Matchdays 37 will occur on May 10, followed by a pause until May 16-17.

This adjustment allows for the final round of matches to conclude the season on May 24. The final match for the Lagos State Federation Cup will be held on Sunday, May 3, with security approval granted due to the unavailability of the proposed venue, as stated in an NFF announcement on April 24.
