Tinubu Returns to Lagos After Three-Nation Visit

President Bola Ahmed Tinubu arrived in Lagos on a flight that touched down at Murtala Muhammed International Airport, Ikeja, around 7:12 PM. He was received by Governor Babajide Sanwo-Olu, Deputy Governor Femi Hamzat, Chief of Staff Femi Gbajabiamila, Speaker Mudashiru Obasa, and other government officials.

During his three-nation visit, Tinubu attended the Africa Forward Summit in Nairobi, Kenya, co-hosted by President Emmanuel Macron of France and President William Ruto of Kenya. He emphasized the need for reforms in global financial architecture and stronger economic integration to prioritize Africa's growth.

Tinubu also highlighted Nigeria's potential in the blue economy as a cornerstone for Africa's development. He held bilateral meetings with Madagascar's President Michael Randrianirina and Rwanda's President Paul Kagame, discussing investment opportunities and economic transformation.

Tinubu is set to participate in the progress of the Congress primary elections starting Saturday.
