Tinubu Returns to Abuja After Eid-el-Kabir Holiday

President Bola Ahmed Tinubu returned to Abuja on September 30, 2023, after spending the Eid-el-Kabir holiday in Lagos. His plane landed at the Nnamdi Azikiwe International Airport at exactly 5:17 PM, where he was received by several officials, including the Minister of the Federal Capital Territory, Nyesom Wike, and Chief of Staff, Femi Gbajabiamila.

During the holiday, Tinubu engaged with various groups, including traditional leaders and members of the Senate, led by Senate President Godswill Akpabio. He also met with the Vice President, Kashim Shettima, and other stakeholders from the All Progressives Congress (APC), including Kwara State Governor Abdulrahman Abdulrazaq and Oyo State governorship candidate Sharafadeen Abiodun Alli.

On Monday, Tinubu attended an international fleet review at Eko Atlantic City, commemorating the 70th anniversary of the Nigerian Navy. Additionally, he received Romuald Wadagni, President of the Republic of Benin, to reinforce the longstanding bond and friendship between the two nations.
