President Tinubu Visits Turkey to Strengthen Bilateral Relations

President Tinubu arrived in Ankara, Turkey, for an official state visit aimed at enhancing the cordial relationship between Nigeria and Turkey. He was received by a delegation led by the Minister of National Education, Yusuf Tekin, and the Nigerian Ambassador to Turkey, Zayyad Abdulsalam.

Notable officials present included the Attorney General, Lateef Fagbemi, and several ministers such as Wale Edun, Dele Alake, and Gen. Christoph Musa.

The visit seeks to sign memoranda of understanding and discuss areas of mutual benefit and partnership. The delegation also includes ministers of interior, women affairs, innovation, and defense, among others.
