Project LEAD Celebrates International Day of the Girl with "Heritage in Her Hands" Conference

Project LEAD organized the "Heritage in Her Hands" conference at Eko Hotel Suites in Lagos to commemorate the International Day of the Girl. The event brought together female students from six secondary schools in Lagos State to discuss the theme of preserving culture and exploring opportunities in the hospitality and travel industry.

Notable speakers like Uzoamaka Amalu and Adenike Macaulay emphasized the importance of cultural heritage and leadership for young girls. The conference also featured a debate competition among schools, with Islam Academy Idimu emerging as the winner.
