PSG and Arsenal Stars Shine in UCL Team of the Season

The UEFA Champions League Team of the Season for 2025-26 features five players from defending champions PSG and three from Arsenal. Notable selections include Khvicha Kvaratskhelia, who was named Player of the Season, succeeding Ousmane Dembélé.

Kvaratskhelia, a 25-year-old winger, scored 10 goals and provided 6 assists during the season, contributing significantly to PSG's success, including a penalty shootout victory in the final. He set a record as the first PSG player to achieve 16 goal contributions in a single UCL season, with 10 of those in the knockout stage, and became one of the few players to contribute to seven consecutive knockout stage matches in a single campaign, joining legends Cristiano Ronaldo and Lionel Messi.

Other players selected include Declan Rice and Harry Kane, with Bayern Munich and Atlético Madrid also represented.
