PSN Advocates for Pharmacists' Role in Healthcare Systems

The Pharmaceutical Society of Nigeria (PSN) has called for stronger integration of pharmacists into healthcare systems, advocating for increased investment in professional development, medication safety, public health, and patient-centered services. This initiative will be a focal point during the 2026 World Pharmacists Day celebration, hosted by the Oyo State branch from September 19 to 27.

The event, themed to examine pharmacists' evolving contributions to healthcare delivery, will feature discussions led by key figures including Adebayo Olukayode Gbadamosi, Chairman of the Planning Committee, and Pharm. Ayuba Tanko Ibrahim, President of PSN.
