PZ Cussons Nigeria PLC has issued a Scrip Dividend Election Form in connection with the final dividend declared for the financial year ended May 31, 2026. Shareholders who wish to participate must complete and return the Election Form to the Registrar, First Registrars and Investor Services Limited, located at No. 2 Abebe Village Road, Iganmu, Lagos, no later than 5:00 p.m. West Africa Time on October 23, 2026. Personal data collected through the form will be processed in accordance with the Nigeria Data Protection Act 2023.
