Red Bull Thrills Lagos with Spectacular Drift Competition

On a vibrant day in Lagos, Nigeria, Red Bull organized an exhilarating motorsport experience at Tafawa Balewa Square, featuring a car park drift competition. The event was highlighted by the spectacular performances of Abdo Feghali, a renowned Lebanese drift athlete and three-time national rally champion, who began his racing career in 1998.

Feghali, a Guinness World Record holder for the longest drift, showcased his skills alongside Nigerian motorsport sensation Jamu Bashar Muhammad, popularly known as Jaybash, who made history as the overall winner of the East Africa Drift Championship in Kenya last year. The crowd was captivated as Muhammad displayed his mastery by maneuvering his car around a circular track, earning applause.

The event also featured Nigerian rapper Olanrewaju Ogunmefun, known as Vector, who joined Feghali as a co-driver during a stunt. The atmosphere was further energized by music and various drink offerings, making it a memorable day for motorsport enthusiasts in Lagos.
