Dress Code Announced for NSCDC Recruitment Interviews

The Civil Defence, Correctional, Fire and Immigration Services Board provided an update regarding the dress code for candidates shortlisted for the oral interview in the ongoing 2024/2025 recruitment exercise. The oral interview is set to commence on September 7, 2026.

In a statement issued by Okeh Juliet, the Head of Press and Public Relations, the Board specified that candidates must wear a white T-shirt (short or long-sleeved), white shorts or long trousers (with long trousers being optional for female candidates), white sneakers, and white socks. Female candidates may wear headscarves, which are optional.

The Board emphasized strict adherence to this dress code, stating that non-compliance would result in denial of entry to the interview venue. The oral interview is the final stage of recruitment into the Nigeria Security and Civil Defence Corps, Nigerian Correctional Service, Federal Fire Service, and Nigeria Immigration Service.

The Board also reiterated that the recruitment process is free and warned against fraudsters demanding money from applicants.
