Remo Stars achieved a vital 2-1 victory over Nasarawa United in the Nigeria Premier Football League, marking their second win in three matches under new coach Usman Abdallah. The match, held at home, saw a goalless first half before Stanlei Joseph scored for Remo in the 62nd minute.

Nasarawa equalized in the 83rd minute through Suleiman Dauda, but Michael Ib netted the winner in the 88th minute, securing the three points for Remo Stars, who now sit 19th on the table with 33 points.
