Stade Rennais Eyes Nigerian Winger Zadok Yohanna

Stade Rennais has expressed interest in signing Nigerian winger Zadok Yohanna from AIK Stockholm. The 18-year-old has become a regular player for AIK this season, showcasing impressive performances that have led to his first call-up to the Super Eagles.

Despite this, AIK has declined to release him for international duties, citing his need to recover from a recent injury. Miika Takkula, the head recruiter for Stade Rennais, has indicated that the club views Yohanna as a potential successor to Ademola Lookman and is willing to invest heavily in his development.

AIK is expected to demand a significant transfer fee for Yohanna, who has scored two goals and provided two assists in seven league games this season. His previous links to clubs such as Tottenham Hotspur, RB Leipzig, and Real Madrid highlight the growing interest in the young talent, although he missed AIK's last two matches due to injury.
