NDLEA Boss Warns Drug Traffickers, Promises Tough Crackdown

The Chairman of NDLEA, Mohammed Buba Marwa, has issued a strong warning to drug traffickers, vowing to intensify crackdowns on drug cartels nationwide. Recent operations by the agency led to the arrest of Ifeoma Henrietta Ezewuik, a widow who attempted to smuggle drugs by faking pregnancy.

Marwa outlined plans to strengthen NDLEA's services, expand facilities, and enhance drug testing for students entering tertiary institutions. The agency's focus remains on combating drug abuse, rehabilitation, and reducing trafficking across the country.
