Kelechi Wogu highlighting the need for interventions to prevent mass failures among candidates, especially in rural schools lacking the necessary infrastructure. The House calls for collaborative efforts to recruit computer teachers, build computer halls, provide internet access, and assess school readiness before a gradual rollout by 2030.

A report is expected within four weeks for further legislative action.
