A petrol-laden tanker overturned on Tincan Bridge in the Apapa area of Lagos, sparking panic among residents and passersby who rushed to scoop fuel from the fallen vehicle despite the obvious fire risk. The incident occurred during the early hours of the day, causing traffic disruption in the area.
