Retired Police Officer Offers Part of Pension to Naval Officer in Heartwarming Gesture

Retired Deputy Superintendent of Police Sunni Anyanwu has offered part of his N49,000 monthly pension to Lieutenant Ahmad Yerima, a viral naval officer. Anyanwu's gesture came after Yerima was insulted despite his 35 years of service in the military.

The retired officer urged the President to confer a national honor on Yerima. Various individuals, including Moham Ibrahim, Abdullahi Ali, and others, have shown support for Yerima.

Additionally, a military man named Falegan Opeyemi David expressed interest in marrying his daughter to Yerima. The act of kindness and recognition of Yerima's service have garnered attention and appreciation.
