Rivers Governor Fubara's First Public Appearance Post-Reinstatement Draws Support

Governor Sim Fubara of Rivers State made his first public appearance at a thanksgiving service in Saint Paul Anglican Cathedral in Opobo Kingdom after being reinstated following a six-month suspension. Fubara, accompanied by his wife Valerie, expressed gratitude for the support and prayers of the people of Rivers State during the service.

President Bola Tinubu reinstated Fubara and lifted the emergency rule imposed on the state. The reinstatement coincided with the International Day of Peace, emphasizing the importance of unity and faith.

Fubara highlighted the need for continued prayers and unity to move forward in harmony and purpose, acknowledging the strength derived from the prayers of the people.
