Tinubu to Inaugurate Nigeria's First Oil Export Terminal in Rivers State

Asiwaju Bola Tinubu is set to inaugurate Nigeria's first oil export terminal in 54 years, developed by Green Energy International Limited (GEIL) in Rivers State. The new crude export facility, located in Ikuru town, Andoni Local Government Area, marks a significant milestone in Nigeria's oil industry, being the first indigenous onshore terminal in decades.

The project, aimed at boosting crude oil output and addressing evacuation challenges, is expected to draw top government officials and industry experts to its inauguration. The terminal's strategic design and capacity expansion plan align with Nigeria's goal of increasing daily oil production to three million barrels.
