Ruben Amorim Apologizes to Man Utd Fans, Joins AC Milan

Ruben Amorim, the former Manchester United coach, issued an apology to the club's supporters regarding his time at Old Trafford, which did not go as planned. He acknowledged that he did not expect the errors made during his tenure, which lasted 14 months and ended with the club's lowest Premier League finish.

Manchester United had paid around £11 million for his services, but his time was marred by poor performance and friction with the club hierarchy. Despite this, Manchester United's chief executive of football operations, Omar Berrada, recently claimed there has been an improvement in the culture within the Old Trafford dressing room.

Amorim has now been appointed as the new manager of AC Milan, with his tenure set to commence in the 2026-27 Serie A season, starting on August 23, when they face Torino at the San Siro.
