Emir of Gombe Celebrates Governor Yahaya's 7 Years

During a traditional Sallah homage at the Gombe Government House, Emir of Gombe, Alhaji Dr. Abubakar Shehu Abubakar III, alongside members of the Gombe Emir Council, celebrated Governor Alhaji Muhammadu Inuwa Yahaya's seven years of impactful governance.

Governor Yahaya reaffirmed his administration's commitment to sustaining peace, unity, and development in Gombe State, assuring citizens of ongoing progress. He expressed gratitude for the Emir's support and acknowledged the numerous development projects executed over the past seven years.

The governor emphasized the importance of maintaining a cordial relationship with traditional institutions and highlighted the Emir's role as a patriotic leader. The Emir noted the significance of this year's homage coinciding with the governor's seventh anniversary in office, commending Yahaya for fulfilling promises related to peace, security, and infrastructural development.

He cited landmark projects such as the Muhammadu Buhari Industrial Park and the establishment of ministries that have strengthened the state's security architecture.
