Kaduna Governor Uba Sani Unveils Longest Road Project in 20 Years

Kaduna State Governor Uba Sani has inaugurated the longest road project in the state in two decades. The road spans across Igabi, Kajuru, and Chikun local government areas, featuring a 130-meter bridge over River Kaduna.

This infrastructure initiative, covering 35 kilometers of asphalt road, is set to enhance mobility, agriculture, and rural economy in the region. Governor Sani highlighted the project's significance in reducing travel time, transport costs, and improving access to healthcare and markets.

The road is expected to benefit farmers, traders, emergency services, schoolchildren, and families, contributing to the economic growth of Kaduna State. The project is part of a broader infrastructure program that includes 140 road projects totaling 1,335 kilometers, with 66 roads already completed and others nearing completion.
