Schneider Electric Trains 1m People In Energy Management

Schneider Electric has achieved its goal of training one million people in energy management, a key commitment towards an inclusive energy transition and youth empowerment by 2025. This milestone marks a significant moment as the company enters the final phase of its Schneider Sustainability Impact (SSI) program.

The SSI score has reached 10 this quarter, reflecting sustained progress across environmental, social, and governance goals. The company's Youth Education Entrepreneurship Programme is active in 60 countries, contributing to the milestone.

Schneider Electric's chief sustainability officer, Esther Finidori, emphasized the importance of education in driving transformation towards a sustainable future. The company is focused on accelerating efforts in supply chain decarbonization and operational CO₂ emission reduction, with notable progress in various sustainability indicators.

The Zero Carbon Project and Decent Work Programme have also seen significant advancements, reflecting Schneider Electric's commitment to creating lasting impact and driving positive change globally.
