Katsina Governor Radda Exposes Moles in Security Agencies

Alhaji Dikko Radda, the Governor of Katsina State, recently addressed the significant security challenges facing the state, highlighting the existence of moles within government security agencies who are providing information to bandits. In an exclusive interview with Channel Television, Radda stated that these informants undermine security efforts, allowing bandits to evade capture and ambush security operations.

He drew parallels to former President Goodluck Jonathan's comments about internal threats during the Boko Haram insurgency. Radda described a high-level security meeting where it was revealed that a notorious bandit, identified as Moham, was already informed about security operations due to these moles.

He further explained that the infiltration of moles is not unique to Katsina but is a broader issue affecting security agencies nationwide. Radda's statements underscore the urgent need for reform in security operations to combat the pervasive insecurity in the region.
