Immigration Service Probes Seme Border Extortion Claims

The Nigerian Immigration Service has commenced an investigation into allegations of extortion at the Seme border, leading to the suspension of Comptrollers involved. Kemi Nanna Nandap, the Comptroller General of Immigration, described the alleged conduct as unacceptable and a violation of the core values and professional standards of the service.
