Shehu Sani Appointed Chancellor of Franco-British University

Senator Shehu Sani has been appointed as the new Chancellor of Franco-British International University in Kaduna. Sani, a member of the All Progressives Congress (APC) and a candidate for the Kaduna Central Senatorial District in the upcoming 2027 elections, described the appointment as a significant honor.

He pledged to work towards sustaining and elevating the university to the highest academic standards and to strengthen its achievements in fulfilling its noble goals. This appointment comes amidst recent security concerns and discussions regarding the APC's senatorial ticket, where stakeholders failed to reach a consensus on direct primaries.
