Shehu of Borno to Honor Kebbi Governor with Title
The Shehu of Borno, His Eminence Alhaji Abubakar Ibn Umar Garbai Al-Amin Elkanemi, has announced plans to confer the traditional title of Zannan Borno on Kebbi State Governor Dr. Nasir Idris.
