VP Shettima Highlights FG's Reforms to Restore Global Confidence in Nigeria

Vice President Kashim Shettima, in Abuja, emphasized the Federal Government's efforts to restore global confidence in Nigeria through ongoing reforms. He explained the importance of foreign professionals choosing to participate in professional certification programs in Nigeria.

The event marked the inauguration of a professional certification program at the State House, attended by dignitaries including Deputy Chief of Staff to the President, Senator Ibrahim Hadejia. The certification program's first cohort signifies a significant milestone in the government's commitment to implementing reforms and renewing hope in Nigeria's agenda.

Shettima stressed the need for Nigeria to set high procurement standards, moving away from mediocrity to become a benchmark for other countries. The Bureau of Public Procurement (BPP) plays a crucial role in ensuring ethical and competent procurement practices.
