Anambra Governor Urges Traders to Defy Sit-at-Home Order for Economic Growth

Anambra State Governor, Prof. Chukwuma Soludo, has encouraged traders in the state to defy the sit-at-home order and resume trading activities.

In a press release signed by Mr. Christian Aburim on behalf of the governor, traders were urged to open their shops and let their enterprises shine, highlighting the importance of reviving the state's economy.

The governor emphasized the need for markets, including the Onitsha main market, to operate normally to boost economic growth. Security arrangements have been put in place to ensure the safety of traders, with a joint task force deployed to maintain vigilance.

Governor Soludo aims to restore livelihoods, renew hope, and drive economic prosperity in Anambra State through consistent trading activities.
