Fatal Crash on Lagos-Ibadan Expressway Claims Six Lives

Six individuals lost their lives in a fatal accident on the Lagos-Ibadan expressway at Nasfat Junction. The crash involved a Mazda commercial bus and a Volvo truck, with eight people in total.

Two individuals sustained injuries and were taken to a hospital. The Federal Road Safety Corps (FRSC) confirmed the incident, attributing the cause to overspeeding.

The injured victims were rushed to Famobi Hospital in Lotto for medical attention, while the deceased were taken to the morgue. Investigations are ongoing to determine the full circumstances of the crash.
