Skyway Aviation SKYAVN AGM: ₦1.20 Dividend, Deloitte Appointed

Skyway Aviation Handling Company Plc (SKYAVN) has filed the resolutions passed at its 16th Annual General Meeting, held virtually on Friday, 19 June 2026.
Shareholders approved a total dividend of ₦1,624,296,000, translating to ₦1.20 per ordinary share, subject to withholding tax. The qualification date for the dividend was the close of business on 2 June 2026.
Two directors were re-elected by rotation: Mr. Kayode Filani and Mrs. Laila St. Mathew-Daniel. Messrs. Deloitte Nigeria were appointed as External Auditors, replacing the outgoing firm Messrs. Gbenga Badejo & Co., and will serve until the conclusion of the next AGM at remuneration to be determined by the Board.
The Statutory Audit Committee was reconstituted with two directors — Mr. Anyanwu Anogwi and Mrs. Laila St. Mathew-Daniel — and three shareholder representatives: Mrs. Samiat Odunuga, Mr. Ismail Adamu, and Mr. Rotimi Aina.
Non-Executive Director remuneration was fixed at ₦6,000,000 per annum for the Chairman and ₦5,000,000 per annum for each Non-Executive Director. Shareholders also renewed the general mandate for recurrent related-party transactions necessary for day-to-day operations.
