Sofema Aviation and Eastwing Foundation Launch 525 Courses

Sofema Aviation Services has officially partnered with Eastwing Youth Foundation to provide over 525 EASA-compliant aviation programs, designed to strengthen aviation capacity in Nigeria. This collaboration follows the success of the Southeast Aviation Summit and aims to address the critical need for investment in aviation education and technical skill development across Africa.

The partnership will deliver a comprehensive portfolio of online courses that meet European Union Aviation Safety Agency (EASA) standards, covering essential industry pillars such as safety management systems and compliance leadership. Steve Bentley, CEO of Sofema Aviation Services, emphasized that this partnership is not just about training but also about investing in the future of the African aviation safety profession.

The initiative includes a commitment to provide 10,000 training bursaries to ensure financial barriers do not hinder professional excellence in the industry.
