Soldiers Recover Weapons Linked to Criminal Kingpin in Taraba State

In Taraba State, soldiers from the Joint Task Force (JTF) recovered a significant cache of arms and ammunition associated with a criminal kingpin, John Ngata. The operation in Takum LGA led to the interception of suspects, including Ahmad Zubairu, who were linked to the hidden weaponry in Amadu village.

The recovered items included 13 AK-47 rifles, 39 AK-47 magazines, 690 rounds of 7.62mm special ammunition, and four hand grenades. The military destroyed the weapons to prevent further use by criminals.
