Soludo and Buhari Celebrate Eid-el-Kabir with Muslims

Charles Soludo, the Governor of Anambra State, and Abdulfatai Buhari, a Senator from Oyo State representing the Progressive Congress, congratulated Muslim faithful across Nigeria on the occasion of Eid-el-Kabir. In a statement issued by Soludo's Chief Press Secretary, Christian Aburim, he urged Muslims to embrace the spiritual significance of the celebration, which symbolizes obedience and sacrifice, and to pray for peace, unity, and progress in Nigeria.

Soludo emphasized the importance of charity, tolerance, and coexistence among citizens, regardless of ethnic or religious differences. He also reiterated his administration's commitment to ensuring the safety and security of residents in Anambra State.

Meanwhile, Senator Buhari described the festival as a period of spiritual renewal and sacrifice, urging Muslims to extend kindness beyond their immediate circles and to embody virtues of forgiveness and generosity. He called for continued prayers for the country's leaders and security agencies, wishing all Muslims a blessed Eid-el-Kabir.
