Al-Nassr chairman Abdullah Al Maje clarified that Cristiano Ronaldo does not own a share in the club, despite joining the Saudi Pro League in January 2023 after leaving Manchester United in 2022. The famous football player, along with Neymar Jr, Karim Benzema, and N'Golo Kant, has attracted interest to the league.

In an interview, Al Maje highlighted Ronaldo's influence beyond football, convincing many players to join the league. Ronaldo has scored 110 goals and provided 22 assists in 126 matches for the team.
