SSDC and NITDA Partner to Boost South-South Region's Digital Economy

The South-South Development Commission (SSDC) and the National Information Technology Development Agency (NITDA) are joining forces to boost the digital economy in Nigeria's South-South region. During a visit to NITDA's Director-General, Kashifu Inuwa Abdullahi, the Managing Director of SSDC, Ms.

Usoro Akpabio, emphasized the region's potential in youth tech readiness and the importance of digital skills for economic growth. The partnership seeks to expand digital skills, increase access to ICT opportunities, and empower young people across the six South-South states.
