Mary Ikoku Gains Support for House of Reps Candidacy

Mary Ikoku has officially declared her intention to contest for the House of Representatives seat representing the Arochukwu/Ohafia Federal Constituency, receiving substantial backing from local stakeholders. The declaration event, held at the Civic Centre in Oror Arochukwu, witnessed a strong turnout of influential figures, including Hon. Chijiok Chukwu, the Abia State Chairman of the party, and various local government leaders.

Ikoku articulated her vision focused on representing the people effectively, emphasizing the urgent need to tackle youth unemployment, economic hardships, and access to basic services. She reaffirmed her commitment to empowering youth and women through capacity-building initiatives and legislative actions aimed at addressing systemic imbalances.
