Stanbic IBTC Holdings PLC has announced a final dividend of ₦4.00 (Four Naira) per ordinary share of 50 kobo each for the financial year ended 31 December 2025, amounting to a total payout of ₦63,607,076,984.00, subject to withholding tax deduction and shareholder approval. The Register of Shareholders will be closed from Tuesday, 5 May 2026 to Tuesday, 12 May 2026.
