Stanbic IBTC Holdings Closed Period and Board Meeting July 2026
Stanbic IBTC Holdings PLC has notified NGX and shareholders that its closed period commences on 1 June 2026, ahead of a Board of Directors meeting scheduled for 31 July 2026. The board meeting will consider the company's Half Year Audited Financial Statements for the period ending 30 June 2026 and a proposed interim dividend.
Stanbic IBTC Holdings PLC filed a corporate action notice with Nigerian Exchange Limited (NGX) on 29 May 2026, disclosing the commencement of a closed period effective 1 June 2026. The closed period will remain in force until 24 hours after the company's Half Year Audited Financial Statements are released to NGX.
In line with Rule 17.18(b) of the NGX Rulebook and its Internal Personal Account Trading Policy, the company has formally notified all insiders that they are prohibited from trading in Stanbic IBTC shares for the duration of the closed period.
Separately, and pursuant to Rule 19.2(b) of the NGX Rules, the company announced that its Board of Directors will convene on Friday, 31 July 2026 at 10:00am. The agenda for that meeting includes consideration of the Audited Financial Statements for the half year ending 30 June 2026, as well as a proposed interim dividend. The filing was signed by Company Secretary Chidi Okezie and lists Olusola David-Borha as Chairman and Chukwuma Nwokocha as Chief Executive Officer.
